My approach to bodywork is rooted in presence, curiosity, and the belief that the body can be a gateway to our emotions, our spirit, and deeper parts of ourselves.
Through my practice of yoga, movement, meditation, and bodywork, I have learned to listen to the body not only through touch, but also through awareness and presence.
My encounter with Thai Yoga Massage has deeply influenced and expanded my approach to therapy. At the heart of the practice is presence with ourselves and with another. It is a kind of meditation in movement, a state of awareness that allows the practitioner to listen, feel, and tune into the needs of the person receiving the treatment in each moment.
Through my studies at Vacanza, The Swiss Thai Massage School, I learned to approach each treatment with the qualities of Loving Kindness and Compassion (Metta and Karuna). For me, this means meeting each person where they are, without judgment, with presence and acceptance.
I do not see the body as something that needs to be fixed. Rather, I believe in creating a safe and attentive space where the body can soften, release tension, and reconnect with its own natural capacity for balance.
Sometimes, we simply need a witness, someone to walk alongside us, hold space for what is present, and accompany us as we move, change, and transform.
The space I create is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the body, allowing whatever is ready to move, to move.
